We offer Precor and Cybex treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and Arc trainers as well as a full strength training circuit featuring Cybex "Eagle" line of equipment, their premier line. Our powerhouse features TKO dumbbells, rubber plates, smith press, squat press and benches. We also have six Trixter X Bikes for cycle classes. There are also group fitness classes for all levels, beginner to advance. There are also fully equipped locker rooms with showers and spacious saunas.
